With over 30 years of experience in fitness, recreation, and bodywork therapy, I strive to cultivate a body that enables me to embrace life's pleasures. Here's a list of equipment that may be used during training:

Weights ranging from 1 to 16kg, resistance bands of varying strengths, foam roller, massage ball and peanut, yoga mats, blocks and straps, a broomstick, and an anchor point on a wall (which could be a door handle if sturdy enough).
