Remedial Massage

A typical appointment combines remedial massage techniques, stretch therapy and functional range conditioning to improve performance and reduce pain caused from muscle imbalance.  It is for the athlete, gardener, tradesman, weekend walker, office worker, mother and... well, everyone.  Massage and mobilisation techniques are used to release tension and lengthen over-active muscles.  Then specific exercises, targeted at strengthening weak areas, lead on to improving movement patterns and developing pain-free movement.

Deep Tissue / Relaxation Massage

Massage techniques designed relieve the discomfort of tight muscles and promote a relaxed and calm state.  During a treatment specific trouble areas can be focused on or the whole body can be covered to provide full relaxation.

Functional Range Screen

A one hour assessment to determine your ability to actively control each of the bodies major joints. We identify where you are incorporating compensations into your movement patterns and then are able to create an active flexibility and mobility program targeting your needs.

Active Flexibility and Mobility Personal Training

A one hour, one on one, training session to target the tight areas holding your mobility training back. This session is focused on helping you achieve you flexibility and mobility goals in the safest and most effective way.
